Natural Anxiety Relief

At our anxiety clinics we believe that anti-anxiety medication prescribed by doctors can be useful but should only be used in the most extreme cases. The NICE guidelines (The National Institure for Health and Care Excellence)  in the UK clearly state that medication in most cases should not given at the first sign of anxiety in a patient. In fact they recommend “Low-intensity psychological interventions: individual non-facilitated self-help*, individual guided self-help and psychoeducational groups”. In other words unless an individual is experiencing severe problems with anxiety which is causing self neglect or a possiblity of self harm then it is perfectly possible to manage most cases of anxiety without any form of medication at all.*

We always advise you to speak to your GP first but it they believe that Natual Anxiety Relief is appropriate for you then our Anxiety self help course could help you on the road to recovery from stress and worry.*
